We all hate to see our vintage beauties end up damaged or broken. Instead of throwing them away, you can mail your broken dish to me and I will create a piece of wearable art! This system has a 3 fold purpose. It reduces waste by keeping it out of the landfill, it gives me raw materials to work with and in exchange, I will send you a finished piece of jewelry! I use quality lead free/nickel free metal components and hand cut/shape each piece of broken glass. I realize that some of my clients have metal sensitivities so I offer .925 sterling silver options.  In the instance of someone wanting sterling components, I give a credit of $20.00 towards the sterling upgrade.

exchange61’s swap program in a nutshell. You pay to ship your broken dish to me. In exchange for the remaining pieces of your broken dish, I will design a piece of jewelry and ship it to you. It can be a pendant, bracelet or ring, that’s up to you.

I also offer portrait jewelry and can use a wide range of photos, from vintage photos to images from social media.  I use nickel and lead free components and jeweler grade resin to create an “inside-out locket”.  These make great gifts but are also a special way to honor the life of someone who has passed on.  Ordering is easy, so if you’re interested in learning more, feel free to send me a message at jill@exchange61.com
